We are currently expanding our team in Oman and seeking talented individuals to fill the following key positions:

Acoustician

Are you passionate about the science of sound and its practical applications? Do you thrive on solving complex acoustic challenges and designing innovative solutions? Akinco is looking for a skilled and dedicated Acoustician to join our growing team in Oman.

Responsibilities:

• • Conduct comprehensive acoustic measurements, analysis, and simulations for a variety of projects across Oman.

  • Develop and design effective acoustic solutions for diverse environments, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial spaces.

  • Prepare detailed acoustic reports, technical specifications, and project proposals.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to seamlessly integrate acoustic designs into new and existing projects.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in acoustic technology and international best practices.

  • Provide expert advice and technical support on all matters related to acoustics.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Acoustics, Architectural Acoustics, Noise Control Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Acoustician, with a strong portfolio of projects. Experience in the GCC market is highly advantageous.

  • Proficiency in acoustic modeling software (e.g., Odeon, EASE, CATT-Acoustic).

  • In-depth understanding of acoustic principles, standards, and regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.

Operations Manager

Are you a highly organized and driven professional with a talent for optimizing processes and leading teams to success? Akinco is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our project execution and ensure operational excellence in Oman.

Responsibilities:

• • Manage and coordinate all operational activities for Akinco Oman, from project initiation through to successful completion.

  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows tailored to the local market.

  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and strict adherence to budgets.

  • Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all acoustic solution projects.

  • Manage relationships with local suppliers and oversee procurement processes.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the operational team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

  • Implement and monitor robust health, safety, and environmental protocols on all sites.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably within the construction, engineering, or acoustic solutions industry in the Middle East.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Business Development Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships? Akinco is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to establish and expand our presence in the Omani market.

Responsibilities:

• • Identify and develop new business opportunities within various sectors in Oman, including construction, architecture, and engineering.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Represent Akinco at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and shifts in the competitive landscape.

  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

  • Collaborate with the technical and operational teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met.
    
    Requirements: 

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales management role, ideally within the construction or building materials industry in Oman or the wider GCC.

  • Strong understanding of the Omani market and established network of contacts.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic and analytical mindset.

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to acoustic solutions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
